- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

- By submitting your payment information, you authorize Stripe to process the applicable charges.

- Purchases are for a digital product and are considered final once payment is completed.

2. Delivery of the Report

- After successful payment, you will receive access to the Report via download link and/or email delivery.

- Delivery is generally immediate, but delays may occur due to technical issues.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

- Because this is a digital product, all sales are final and non-refundable.

- Refunds will only be considered in limited cases such as duplicate purchases or technical errors.

4. License & Usage Rights

- The Report is provided for your internal business use only.

- You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share the Report without our prior written consent.

5. Contribution of Anonymized Data

- If you agree to contribute your anonymized data, it will be aggregated with other submissions to strengthen industry benchmarks.

- No personally identifiable information will be disclosed.

- Data use is subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

- We collect limited personal information (such as name, email, company, resort type and billing details) to process your order.

- Payment details are handled securely by Stripe and are not stored by us.

- The Report is provided for informational purposes only.

- We make no guarantees regarding business outcomes based on its use.

- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any losses, damages, or decisions made based on the Report.
